Smoke Free Collector I've been collecting for over 15 Years Never seen another like this Stands 3.5 Inches. Not really sure what it was originally used for some sort of pump I assume for water? Sticker still on feet "Marx Toys Hong Kong" Head is a Soft Squishy Vinyl arms and feet are like a Celluloid/Blow Mold Feel.
