For sale is a Los Angeles County parcel located in Black Butte which is about 60 miles northeast of Los Angeles, 25 miles west of Victorville and about 10 miles east of Palmdale which has a population of approximately 155,000 people. You can find all your shopping needs here including many national chains like Wal Mart and Home Depot. The parcel itself is 610 feet deep by 570 feet wide which is 347,700 square feet or 7.98 acres which I will call 8 acres. The GPS is 35.5417 -117.8674  Just copy and paste that at google maps/earth to see the parcel. The assessors parcel number is 3080-020-013. To get to the parcel exit Interstate 5 at State Route 14 which is the Antelope Valley Freeway. Go about 30 miles and get off on State Route 122 (exit 30) which is Sierra Highway. Go for about 5 miles. Along the way Sierra Highway will turn into Pearblossom Highway. Keep going straight and now you are on Avenue T which is a paved road. Go for about 8 miles and the parcel will be on your left. About a mile before you will come to Longview Road on the left which is a paved road marked with a street sign. The current county assessment of the parcel is $26,236. This is from the 2020-2021 tax bill just issued.
