If you are interested in a very flexible timeshare with great value, this is the one. With Holiday Inn Club Vacations (HICV) there are only three resorts where points transfer with resale. This is one of the three and they are getting very hard to find. You can use these points at any of the 28 locations for stays as little as two days or for a full week or more. Nights can be as little as 3,000 points depending on the size of the suite, location and season. They also have MaxTime inventory specials where you can save even more. Resorts have different size suites depending on your needs most resorts have Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. For added luxury you can rent the Signature Collection. If by chance you don't use all your points you can transfer them to IHG and use them at 5,000 hotels in more than 100 countries. My favorite locations are Myrtle Beach, Scottsdale, Gatlinburg, and Orlando. You also get a membership with RCI included with payment of your club fee. The maintenance fees are $1296.95 for 2023 and you do have an annual club fee of $149. This comes with the full allotment of 150,000 points.
