I have a nice 1.13 acre lot in Elko, Nevada with a beautiful view of the Ruby Mountains. This lot is located a few miles southeast of Elko city limits. The roads to the lot are not paved. This area of Nevada has the Humbolt River and the East Humbolt Wilderness area. Elko Regional Airport is within 10 miles of the property.
Elko and the property sit near Interstate 80, which is a direct route to Salt Lake City, UT and Reno, NV. The population of Elko is approximately 20,000. Higher education can be obtained at the Great Basin College. Elko is in the Humbolt National Forest, making this area a secluded and desirable destination.
TERMS
I am selling the lot for $3,100 plus the bid price. There is no minimum that must be met on the bid. You can either make arrangements for full payment upon becoming the winning bid or arrange for $100 monthly payments with NO interest charges.
I am very flexible and willing to work with any buyer. There are NO pre-payment penalties so you can pay the balance off early if you wish. There are NO credit or background checks as prerequisite to buying. There is NO document preparation fee.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
One of the above photographs is the County Assessor's plat. Your lot is on Amethyst Ave. near 1st St. The lot is approximately 165 feet wide across the front and 300 feet deep. The legal description of the property is Last Chance Ranch Unit 11 Block 26 Lot 14, Parcel (APN) # 031-026-014 in Elko County, Nevada. The property taxes are approximately $25 a year, which I will pay until the completion of the contract.
The lot is a generally flat terrain with a great view of the Mountains. Like most property in the west, you will need a well for water. The pictures show general lot location and area photographs. Utilities are in the area but not to the property.
A special warranty deed will be sent following completion of payments.

The Ruby Mountains are described as the Swiss Alps of Nevada and contain peaks ranging up to 11,000 feet. The chain is well known for its hiking trails and 25 named lakes that contain several varieties of trout.
· Lamoille Canyon is the largest valley in the Ruby Mountains and a popular hiking destination. The most popular hike is to Island Lake where you can expect to find wildlife such as mountain goats and snowcocks.
