All sales are final. Timely payment is required and failure to do so may result in losing the purchased item, negative feedback, and possible legal ramifications. Any required paperwork (deeds, resale forms, etc.) must be returned to us within 5-7 business days. Failure to do so may result in a delayed or cancelled transfer.
